Russell Hall is home to the Russell Student Health Center, including its laboratory facilities and pharmacy. The building also houses the Counseling Center and the Women's Resource Center, which are part of the Office of Student Affairs.
The dean's office of the Capstone College of Nursing resides in Russell Hall, as do the college's Student Services, Lowery Learning Resources Center, B.S.N. Program, and M.S.N. Program.
