H.M. Comer HallHugh Moss Comer Hall, also known as the Mineral Industries Building, is home to the College of Engineering dean's office, Department of Civil and Department of Environmental Engineering, and Department of Industrial Engineering.

The building also houses the Capstone Engineering Society, Engineering Career Services, Engineering External Affairs and Development, Engineering Student Services, and the University Transportation Center for Alabama.

H. M. Comer Hall was the site of the engineering library prior to construction of the Rodgers Library for Science and Engineering in 1990.
